The same juniper-forward style as our Gin, but with a higher ABV for stronger cocktails. Traditionally stored near the gunpowder (the higher ABV guaranteed the gunpowder would still explode), you can store it on your bar – $75

Freezer Cocktails™
Explore our Freezer Cocktails™. Over many years we have made cocktails for friends to try. At first it was to explore Paula’s vermouths and bitters. Over time and once we received our Distiller’s Permit, we began to explore with our own gins and vodkas.
This is a rotating selection of cocktails. The goal is for you to be able to have a perfect cocktail in your freezer at all times. Want just a 1oz taste after a long day? It’s there. Need a few different cocktails or a lot of one cocktail for a party? Come to us. These are built to be consumed directly from the freezer, however, some people prefer to add a little soda water to make it a bit weaker. All we ask is that you enjoy them.
